We believe a seamless experience extends well beyond the moment you place your order. Once your package leaves our hands, you can follow its journey every step of the way.
How to Track Your Order
- Find your order number — Your order number begins with # and was included in your order confirmation email (e.g., #1001). You can also locate it by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.
- Find your tracking number — Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your carrier tracking number. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message with the subject line "Your order is on its way."
- Track your shipment — Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or use the button below to go directly to your order status page.
Delivery Timeframes
Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days of the ship date. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
