I take dried organic vanilla beans from Madagascar, split them, scrape the caviar, mix with organic cane sugar and age for 6 months. The scent is to die for and adds so much more flavor and dimension than regular sugar to baked goods, tea, coffee, and even rimmed on a martini glass.
